"Centuries ago, the Mississippi waters carried barrels of whiskey from Appalachia to New Orleans and now Seven Three Distilling has brought their barrels up the river to our doorstep to create a true New Orleans collaboration. The team at Seven Three crates their Bywater Bourbon from locally grown wheat and corn that matures to perfection in the New Orleans southern heat. We then combined their perfected craft with our full-bodied rich stout base and let it age before adding vanilla.
