Dawn of the Red

7% alcohol. 66 IBU. Brewed in Oregon, by Ninkasi Brewing Company.

"Mango, papaya, pineapple and stone fruit notes burst out with bitterness up front. Sustained by a subtle malt flavor, this beer finishes smooth, leaving one ready for the next sip of this flavortastic beer!"

Beer Camp 2017 Hoppy Belgian-Style Golden Ale

8% alcohol. 35 IBU.

"We’re combining elements of Duvel’s classic golden ale with Sierra Nevada’s hop-forward fanaticism to create a new beer that highlights both. The complex and fruity nature of Duvel’s signature yeast is the first thing that greets you, followed shortly by a blast of bright, citrusy hops. The beer also has a touch of lemon peel for a pop that greets the palate right at the finish of this deceptively drinkable and complex beer."

Kentucky Gentleman

Currently, 80 proof. Bottled in Kentucky. A Sazerac Co. brand.

"The southern hospitality of Kentucky Gentleman often includes Kentucky’s finest on the front porch while the sun sets and wind whispers through the trees. This whiskey is meant for relaxing.
The highlight is the delivery on palate and follow-through. A silky-textured, nutty experience with a delightful honeycomb wake."

Beer Camp 2017 Dunkel Weisse

5.7% alcohol. 10 IBU.

"We are brewing a classic Bavarian-Style Dunkle Weisse (Dark Wheat) beer. Ayinger’s wheat beers are among the best produced anywhere in the world. We decided to bring together our two approaches to the style and create an all-new, rich, and malty version of the style. It’s brewed in our open fermenter to allow the authentic Bavarian yeast strain to shine, with complex aromas of banana bread, caramel malt and clove."

Beer Camp 2017 Ginger Lager

6.2% alcohol. 20 IBU. Sierra Nevada & Surly.

"Together, we’re brewing a lager infused with hot ginger and a touch of cayenne (which emphasizes the ginger heat) before fermenting on a blend of oak honeycombs and hops. This may seem like an odd concept—and let’s be honest, it IS an odd concept—but the finished beer more than makes up for the seemingly strange combination of flavors. The ginger is bright and crisp, the cayenne falls just below the heat threshold, and the oak adds a delicate roundness to the finish. This ultra-crisp lager is very balanced and incredibly drinkable and will be one of the sleeper hits of the Beer Camp pack."

East Meets West IPA

7% alcohol. 40 IBU. Brewed by Sierra Nevada & Tree House.

"An IPA, of course. We’re blending our two approaches to the IPA in this East Meets West IPA. Sierra Nevada’s malt body and profile was blended with the heavy-handed, very late hopping schedule employed by Tree House to create a new, hybrid IPA. Lightly bitter and heavy with citrus-like hop flavor."

(Take The) Causeway IPA

8.2% alcohol. 77 IBU. Brewed in Alabama.

"Copious amounts of Citra and Simcoe hops are used throughout the brewing process in this American India Pale Ale. From first-wort to bittering, flavor, aroma and dry hops, an artful combination of two extraordinary hops leads to an explosively hoppy finish on the palate."

Beer Camp 2071 White IPA

7% alcohol. 20 IBU.

"Hitachino Nests most popular beer is their White Ale, so it was a natural starting point for this collaboration. We opted to add hops (as we are known to do) and made a white IPA based on the flavor profile of the White Beer. Kiuchi suggested incorporating the use of yuzu (a small Asian citrus fruit) into the brew, and we found the bright lime-like tartness perfectly accentuated the flavors of hops and the spicy notes of the classic witbier yeast."

Oarsman Ale

4% alcohol. 137 calories. Brewed in Michigan.

"First brewed in 2008 at our original brewery in downtown Kalamazoo, Oarsman Ale grew out of our desire to explore the tradition of session beers and to create a unique, flavorful experience for everyone, no matter what the occasion.
Tart and refreshing, this sessionable, bright Wheat Ale exudes citrus and lemony aromas from Cascade hops and trades sour intensity for finesse. A perfect companion for any occasion, Oarsman Ale is a beer based in tradition, but with that distinctive Bell’s twist.
A perfect beer to compliment any menu."
