"This is a classic German Dopple Bock. Like all of our beers it is made in strict accordance to the German Reinheitsgebot Purity Law of Brewing, which is water, malt, hops and yeast only! Lobotomy Bock is made from five types of specialty malted barley including Munich, black patent and other premium malts. And finished with two types of hops, Sterling and Perle added at the boil and again at the finish for the perfect flavor balance. Lobotomy Bock is brewed with pure artesian spring water from the historic Indian Wells Spring. Lobotomy Bock is lagered for several weeks then finished to German standards."

XReserve Imperial Coffee Stout

9.5% alcohol. 50 IBU. Brewed in Pennsylvania, by Saucony Creek Brewing.

"This year we worked closely with a local coffee roaster in our home town, Global Libations to create a blended coffee that is 75% Costa Rican and 25% Sumatra roast. We cold steep nearly 1 pound per barrel of Imperial Coffee Stout to bring out the rich, full-bodied coffee flavors. The heady perfume of French chocolate, roasted coffee, vintage port and passion fruit rise to the top delighting the senses. The beer then gracefully coats the palate with a deep cushion of velvet, lush silk appeal."

Blood Brother

8% alcohol. 21.7 IBU. Brewed, in Alabama, by Straight To Ale.

"Created from our Brother Joseph Belgian Dubbel, this brew adds dark fruit flavors and a dry finish to this classic STA brew. The blood orange adds a new dimension of tart citrus flavor and a sweeter aroma. After fermentation is complete, we then rack the beer onto blood orange puree. This process helps the sweetness of the fruit stay in the beer."

J&B

80 proof. Introduced in c.1933. Company founded in 1749. Produced in Scotland. A Diageo brand.

"Inspired by an Italian, created in London and distilled in Scotland, J&B Rare is unlike any other Scotch whisky. It brings together 42 single malt and grain whiskies and carefully blends them to create a subtle, smooth and complex flavour. It’s this delicate balance that gives J&B Rare its distinctive character – if we took even one whisky away, you would taste the difference.
At the heart of J&B Rare are malt whiskies from Speyside, a region recognised as the superior area in Scotland for making single malt whisky. They provide the fruity, fresh quality you can taste, and also give J&B its light colour. Added to that are some of the finest grain whiskies Scotland has to offer. They help reveal the individual flavours of the various malts, unveiling the smooth character of J&B Rare.

Great in a cocktail, the unique blend makes it perfect for mixing – so by all means go overboard on the mixers, but please don’t go overboard on the J&B."
