Huge Arker
15.5% alcohol. 88 IBU. Introduced in 2014. Brewed in California by Anderson Valley. "Actually illegal in seven states, the Huge Arker is a rich and complex beer. Aged in bourbon barrels for a minimum of 12 months until it fully matures, this extended barrel aging technique allows us to create a nuanced, smooth and surprisingly very drinkable beverage. Its aroma that conveys a deep roasted malt backbone, burnished oak, candi sugar, bourbon and hearth-baked bread. On the palate the beer brings nuanced and integrated layers of honey, molasses and rich dark chocolate finishing with hints of coffee, vanilla and dark fruits. The Huge Arker is absolutely an experience that is something to take some time with and savor. For anyone who is into big, complex beers—this one shouldn’t be missed."

The Sixth Glass
10.2% alcohol. 22 IBU. Introduced in 2007. Brewed in Missouri by Boulevard Brewing. "”Do you know what dwells in a glass?” asks Ole, in Hans Christian Andersen’s The Watchman of the Tower. Better known for stories such as The Little Mermaid, Andersen wrote this short, cautionary tale for a somewhat older audience. Our quadrupel ale, also meant for the mature connoisseur, is a deep and mysterious libation, dark auburn and full-bodied, its sweetness deceptive. As Ole describes the glasses in turn, their contents become more ominous until, in the sixth glass…" https://www.boulevard.com/beverage/sixth-glass/

Anderson Valley West Coast IPA
7.6% alcohol. 75 IBU. "For this beer we took a classic West Coast IPA and gave it a haze-free fresh and modern hop profile. A solid backbone of malt and core bitterness is balanced with lighter fruity hop aromas for an updated but unmistakably West Coast style IPA.The West Coast IPA is epic and legendary for good reasons and we should know – we helped put them on the map in the 90s. We know West Coast because we ARE West Coast and we’re leaning into our history with this updated take on the style that kicked off IPA’s domination of the beer aisle. This is everything a West Coast IPA should be." https://avbc.com/beer/west-coast-ipa/
