"Let’s Geaux Tigers! Put a ring on that finger! No better way to celebrate victory other than whipping up a beer with our friends from Gilla Brewing Company out of Gonzales, LA. We put together a 5.3% West Coast crusher of a lager. Ring Finger is hopped throughout with NY Cascade, MI Chinook, Strata CGX and some fancy New Zealand hops in Riwaka, Moutere, and Motueka. We fermented using a thiolized lager yeast that brings out even more juicy tropical notes on top of all those hops.
