10W-40 Mexican Hot Chocolate has a thin, tan head, a very dark brown (nearly black) appearance, and minimal glass lacing. The aroma is of some vegetable matter & dark-roasted malts, and the flavor is of some bell pepper, cream, chocolate, a bit of hot pepper heat, and some metallic character. Mouthfeel is low medium, and 10W-40 Mexican Hot Chocolate finishes slightly sweet. RJT
