Gallo Family Hearty Burgundy

This 12% alcohol, medium-bodied, dry red wine, was introduced in 1964 by E&J Gallo winery, of Modesto, California. It is sold only in 1.5 liter bottles, and is not particularly common, these days. The "Gallo Family" line of wines features fifteen varieties. Purchased for $7.99.
